Willis got up in the night & peeked into the living room & BUSTED Santa! He snapped these pictures really quick so the boys could see! :)

Austin's Country Report
The big project in 6th grade is that every kid has to do a Country Report. Austin Chose Zimbabwe since his Uncle Ty has been there. Austin worked really hard doing it and getting it ready. Sometimes I think it's more of a project for the parents instead of the kids, but he still did do alot of work on it. Good job Aust!

Fun night of Sugar Cookies!
Last night we watched P & D's kids while they went to a Christmas party. I baked some sugar cookies so they could decorate them. I think Kylie should have won the award for ditting the most sprinkles on her's & Maclay should have won the award for eating the most frosting the quickest! I think they all had a good time!

Chicken Pillows
Tonight for dinner we had yummy chicken pillows. This is the kind of meal I have to cook on the weekends because it's a little time consuming. More time than I have after work. I just did some corn & pasta-roni with it & everyone seemed to like it.
3-4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
8 oz of cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoom garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 cans of crescent rolls
In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder & cheese. Open crescent rolls and carefully unroll dough. Separate each tube into 4 rectangles. Seal seam in center of each rectangle. Place one heaping scoop of mixture on half of each rectangle. Fold over other half of roll dough and seal edges, creating a pillow. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
The recipe calls for dipping each pillow in melted butter & then bread crumbs & baking but I'm to impatient for that. I just mix up some cream of chicken soup, sour cream & a little lemon juice & pour that over as gravy after they have been cooked.

Ogden's Light Parade
Tonight I took the boys along with Morgan & Taylor (our neices) to Ogden's light parade. It's alot of fun to watch the floats all decked out in Christmas lights to get ya in the mood for the Holidays. After we ran & got some dinner & then went to Farr's Ice Cream for some Play doe ice cream. The kids favorite.

French Dip Sandwiches
I know I post alot about food, but when you have 4 growing boys in your house, you gotta cook alot. Tonight we had way awesome French Dip Sandwiches and they were way easy to do (of course). I put a roast along with 1 can of beef broth, 1 package Au Jus & 1 package of dry onion soup mix in the crockpot & let it cook all day. When I got home, I shredded it & put it on Hogie Rolls with some melted swiss cheese and they were to die for. The meat was moist & very tender.

Yummy Shredded Beef Tacos!!
I found this recipe & it was way easy so that's 1 plus and super yummy so there's another plus!! I just picked up a cheap roast and put it along with 1 package of taco seasoning and about 1-1 1/2 cups salsa in the crockpot & let it cook all day. When I got home, I shredded it & we had it in hard taco shells with some rice. I like the kind of dinners that within 25 minutes of walking in the door, we are sitting down eating.

WARNING!! Before reading any further make sure you are sitting down!
Willis made dinner tonight! And I must say he really put his foot into it. (A black way of saying it was really good). He didn't work today so I came home from my day & he had fried chicken, pasta & corn going. WOW! I had to call my Mom & tell her & her response was Willis cooked? All aside, Babe - it was awesome! Thanks for cooking.
Here's his recipe:
Mix 2 tablespoons lemon pepper into 1 1/2 cups flour. Dredge chicken in beaten egg & then in flour mixture & fry until done. Simple yet tasty!

Chuck-E-Cheese here we come!
Here's the gang after a fun night out with Ty, Nat & Raymie.
Don't we look like we had so much fun, can't wait to go back next time!
Finally..We made it to Provo!!! (Barely)
Well yesterday we finally made it to Provo without to many problems. While Willis was at work in the am, I was at home getting the boys ready so we could head out as soon as he got home. I was in the living room ironing everyones clothes when noticed Jordan & Colby were racing each other down the hall to see who could win. I wasn't paying to much attention to them as this is a normal thing around our house, but then I heard Colby let out a scream & kinda do a dance thing as he was running towards me holding his head saying ouch Mom. I said, "Well darn, you shouldn't be running through the house" as I was picking him up to hold him. It was then I noticed blood and alot of it. I got a cloth & called our Peditirican to see if they could stitch him up or not. They said they don't do anything to the face, that we would need to go to the ER. So I called Willis & told him that we needed to go up there, when was he coming home? He was around the corner so as soon as he got home, we headed up. When we were waiting on the Doctor to come in, Willis called Ty to let him know what was up & he told him we needed to make a pit sto[. I think Ty was expecting us to be stopping for a potty break or gas or food for the boys or something, not a trip to the ER. Well Colby got all glued up and we were on our way to Provo. We finally arrived and hung out for a bit. Then we headed for a park that was close by. Here's Natalie & Colby racing down the slide.

My crazy child...
Trick or Treating...
There is one house up by my parents that totally goes out of control when it comes to Halloween candy. From about 5:00 on he has a line up of people waiting to see what he's giving out that year. We were there about 5:30 and this was the line of people already there. The later in the night you go, the longer the line gets. It's not unlikely for the line to go all the way down to the street.
Here is a fuzzy picture of him passing out the candy to the kids. He is always so generous and tells the kids to be safe, that he loves them & god bless. What a nice guy!
Happy Hallowen!

Happy 7th Birthday Jordan!!!
Today we took some of Jordan's buddies to the cornmaze for his birthday party. They all seemed to have a blast. It sure wore Willis & I out chasing all the kids for 5 hours. Holy Cow! Here they are at the entrance to the cornmaze. We went out to Black Island Farms in Syracuse. They have slides for the kids to go down, hayrides they take you out on to pick your own pumpkin. Poor Willis, he had to carry them all, corn cannons, corn slingshots, petting zoo and more.
