Willis made dinner tonight! And I must say he really put his foot into it. (A black way of saying it was really good). He didn't work today so I came home from my day & he had fried chicken, pasta & corn going. WOW! I had to call my Mom & tell her & her response was Willis cooked? All aside, Babe - it was awesome! Thanks for cooking.Here's his recipe:
Mix 2 tablespoons lemon pepper into 1 1/2 cups flour. Dredge chicken in beaten egg & then in flour mixture & fry until done. Simple yet tasty!
