This was tonights dinner. Very easy & very yummy! We had beef tips over pasta, beans & rolls.Here it is if anyone wants it.
2 lbs. beef cut up (I just used some stew meat I had in the freezer)
2 cans Cream of Mushrooms soup
1 cup water
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9x13 pan. Cover with foil & bake at 300 for 3 hours. Cook some pasta & there ya got it! EASY!!
